About Membership
Membership is a feature that allows you to access exclusive contents by the streamer for monthly fee. Exclusive contents include a digital membership card, a member badge, items, members-only streams, and community posts.

How to join
You can join the membership after the streamer has made tiers available. Membership perks are only available to accounts that have joined the membership. Memberships will be automatically be renewed every month. Once you join, you cannot change the payment method.
Procedures
- Tap the membership icon on the streamer's live page.
- Tap "More Information" at the bottom of the page to display the membership explanation in your browser.
- Tap "Details of this Membership" at the bottom of the page and select one of the available tiers.
- Register your credit card and press the join button.
If you are using an in-app purchase-supported membership, select a tier in the app and follow the instructions to subscribe.
■ Tiers
You can join one membership tier per streamer. The perks provided may vary depending on the tier. Higher-tier include perks from lower-tiers.
■ Payment methods
Credit Card Payment
You can use VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club. Please note that debit cards or prepaid cards may not be supported for monthly billing. We cannot assist with issues related to card specifications or payment failures.
In-App purchase
Payments will be made according to the registered payment methods in the store (Google Play / App Store).
■ Membership period
The membership period applies from the day of joining membership until the day before the next month, and the monthly fee will be automatically charged on the first day of each monthly period.

■ Changing tiers
You can change your membership tier even during the membership period.
Process
If you joined with a credit card:
- Access https://twitcasting.tv/ from your browser.
- Log in to the account with an active membership.
- Tap the "Three" icon in the upper left > Open "Joined Memberships".
- Select "Change Tier" from the gear icon (⚙).
- < li>Select the desired tier and click "Change Tier" to change your membership.
If you joined with in-app purchase:
- Launch the app and log in to the account with an active membership.
- Open the menu and select "Joined Memberships".
- Tap "Change Tier" and select the desired tier to change your membership.
■ Tier downgrade
If you change to a lower-tier membership tier, you will lose some of the perks of your previous tier. Please be aware of this when making changes.
■ Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time during the membership application period.
Cancellation process
- Access https://twitcasting.tv/ from your browser.
- Log in to the account with an active membership.
- Tap the "Three" icon in the upper left > Open "Joined Memberships".
- Click the "Cancel Membership" button to cancel your membership.
■ Membership Renewal
Memberships are automatically renewed every month. If you do not wish to renew your membership, please cancel it in advance.
There are no refunds for the current month, and you will be billed for the next month if you do not cancel before the renewal date.

■ Agreement
By joining a membership, you agree to the "TwitCasting Membership Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy." Please make sure to read and understand these terms.
■ Perks
The operation of the membership, such as provided perks, may be changed or terminated without prior notice. Members cannot object to these changes, and no refunds will be provided.
■ Cancellation by the streamer
If the streamer cancels their membership program, members will be informed in advance. Memberships will be automatically canceled, and no additional charges will apply from the next billing period.
